miso kitsch is an online store, with the potential to make appearances at local markets and pop ups.
2. What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, it could mean that it is not available to be shipped right away and can be made to order. Please contact me, and leave a description of the item you would like. If the materials are no longer available, we can work with you to find something similar.
3. Do you take custom orders?
Yes, custom orders are available! I love working with the client to source out the perfect materials that reflects their tastes and personalities. Please contact me with your request, and I will gladly discuss your needs with you.
4.What method of payments and currency do you accept?
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. You can use the following payment methods on misokitsch.com: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.
5. Is my order subject to tax?
You will be charged tax based on the destination that your order is being shipped to. When you complete your order, we will calculate the required tax based on your location.
6. How do I view the status of my order?
As the status of your order changes, you will receive notification emails. You can also view the status of past and current orders by clicking "Login" and logging into your account.
7. Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?
Once an order has been submitted, additional items can not be added. Amendments to an order can not be guaranteed. Please contact me immediately via the contact page with the details.
